With a Masters of Science from Columbia University, an MBA from Fordham University, Bachelor’s in Communication from George Mason University and training and academic rigor through the prestigious Columbia University Coaching Certification Program, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her coaching practice. Are our coaching sessions confidential?
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship, ensuring a safe and secure environment for open and honest discussions.. My practice operates in accordance with the ethical guidelines set by Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional coaching standards. As a practitioner, I am required to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all parties as agreed upon. I am also required to be aware of and agree to comply with all applicable laws that pertain to personal data and communications. Confidentiality limitations may exist in cases of illegal activity, if required by law, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena; imminent or likely risk of danger to self or to others; etc.
